This website and its content — including product information, technical data sheets, CAD/BIM files, and imagery — are provided for the purpose of evaluating and specifying DICOUSTIC products.

You may download and use technical resources (data sheets, Revit families, DWG files) for legitimate project specification, design, and procurement purposes. Redistribution or resale of these materials without written permission is not permitted.

3. Product Information

Product specifications, dimensions, acoustic performance values, and color representations are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. Colors shown on screen are indicative only — physical samples should be requested before final specification.

Custom sizes and configurations may be subject to minimum order quantities as indicated in the relevant product documentation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the DICOUSTIC name, logo, product designs, patterns, photography, and documentation — is the property of DICOUSTIC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Original surface patterns such as Bauhaus 1919, Cracked, and Imagination are proprietary DICOUSTIC designs.

5. Warranty

DICOUSTIC products are covered by a 5-year limited warranty. Full warranty terms and conditions are available in the Warranty document, downloadable from any product page or the Downloads section.

6. Limitation of Liability

DICOUSTIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content. Acoustic performance in a finished space depends on many factors beyond panel specification — project-specific acoustic advice should be sought where performance is critical.

7. Changes to These Terms

DICOUSTIC may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
